The forlorn star

Who can imagine the exchange of emotions between heavenly bodies!! Believe me folks, it happened one night😃.

When the hide-and-seek between the moon and the gloomy star left the other luminaries wondering. The void made the moon worried enough to search for his kin.

When the decorated sky looked out for its fallen star,

stardust illuminated the way to its fall.

The moon whispered to the vast constellations far and wide,

tell the wind to take rest I want to follow the stardust, so please stall.

That blank space exuded a chorus of sorrow,

presenting the prelude to sunset, aptly.

The son of the sky had his virtual emancipation,

when he explained his waves of nirvana, no folly.

The fellow twinklers stood effervescent efflorescent,

when their poetic heartbeats collected into a portfolio of poetry.

They welcomed their missing spark back to the Illuminati,

I was soothing the scars of my heart, I am healed and free.

Hence the son of the sky joined his constellation and it became picture-perfect again!!!!!

I have learnt to be in a happy space since I started penning down my perspective as a poet and a writer.
